As we progress nicely and the Flex raids are great fun, we want to bring to your attention that we expect everybody who joins in a flex raid should be prepared.
This means, gear fully gemmed and enchanted and reforged where needed.

Offcourse knowing the tactics is a must and bring flasks and pots to increase your dps.
The guildbank will normally provide foodbuffs.
The first 3 bosses are manageble with low dps (not wanted, but we can handle) from the 4th boss onwards the dps output needs to be 140k as bare minimum, some exceptions will be made, but that's entirely up to the raidleader.
So if you can't perform that well you will be asked to leave the raid.
