Phase One
Take Cho'gall to a corner and have the ranged group up in the centre. When Cho'gall casts conversion you will need to stun, interrupt, disorient or CC the players affected and this will be much easier in a tight group. The tanks will need to switch off for Fury of Cho'gall.

When a Corrupting Adherent spawns all DPS must switch to it. You must be careful to interrupt Depravity and move out of the way of Corrupting Crash. If you gain corruption in this phase phase two will be much harder. Make certain the Corrupting Adherent dies in a corner and that the tank and melee run out as it is dying to avoid corruption from spilled blood of the old god. The add must die before Cho'gall casts Fester Blood. If you kill it in time you will then need to snare and AoE down the Congealed Blood of the Old God. Avoid being melee'd by these as they cause corruption.

Repeat the process with the next Corrupting Adherent and make certain it dies very close to the first Adherent. This time you will have twice as much blood of the old god. The third adherent will have thrice as much blood of the old god, acting as a soft enrage.

If you are close to phasing and have an adherent spawn continue damaging Cho'gall. The adherent will despawn at 25%.

Phase Two
This phase is relatively simple, you will take more damage from the AoE pulse depending on how much Corruption you gained in the first phase. If you hit 100 Corruption you cannot be healed and will die. You will still need to swap tanks for Fury of Cho'gall.

Cho'gall will spawn Darkened Creations in this phase. It is very important to interrupt and stun these so that they do not cast Debilitating Beam, which causes corruption and effectively removes a player from the fight. The first two or three waves should be killed, after that burn Cho'gall.

Heroic Mode
Two Corrupting Adherents will come at a time, causing double the normal amount of blood.

Shadow Lords and Fire Elementals will appear on Flame and Shadow's orders that must be damaged to reduce Cho'gall's stacks of their buff.

Spiked Tentacles that melee quite hard and have too much HP to kill will appear in phase two in addition to darkened creations.

additional notes

1 spot as long as you have less then 50% corrupted blood

make some targeting macro's for the blood and the adherents
make an interupting/CC macro for when players get conversion
interrupt depravity from the adherents

congealed blood can be frozen, rooted, snared - need to be killed within 30sec. Hunters, mages and shamans do all what you can to slow them!

Phase 2

debilitating beam from the darkened creations need to be interupted !!

What worked for us?

P1

All stack in 1 point in the middle at the back of Cho'gal, tank brings Cho'gal to the middle circle, cho'gal faces his throne.
interrupt fast, here the tank could help as we were all in one spot

P2 - Adherent + blood

The add tank kites the Adherent to the stairs, the ranged kills the adherent
The boss tank brings Cho'gal to the wall next to his throne to make the distance as big as possible + important for when p3 starts.
The melee + bosstank healers move in one spot.

P3 nukage

All nuke boss until first set of tentacles spawn. Then heroism, all ranged and people who are close interrupt + kill the tentacles.
back on boss.
Same again with the second set of tentacles. Interrupt + kill
back on boss
third set of tentacles, we only interrupt (healers and Offtank help with interrupting when they can) for the remainders kil the boss
